All Condor Golf Custom Clubs are individually manufactured for each customer. The Hybrids and Irons are not sold as "sets" of clubs, rather they are also sold as individual clubs.  You can purchase any number of clubs at any time.  We record and keep all club specifications to protect you in case of loss or theft, so that your club is replaced with the same components.  This also helps those golfers who want to try a club but don't want to buy the entire set.  We understand...this is the way clubs should be sold.
