Shipping

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship all products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and destination. Unlike some of our competitors who base shipping on total order price, our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. This is more fair and in the long run, it saves you money! Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipments by either Fed Ex, UPS or US Postal.

Below is a map of delivery days used for Fed Ex Ground Service. Fed Ex 2-Day Service or Fed Ex Overnight Service is also available.

Returns:

1. Condor Golf Custom Clubs:  For the first thirty (30) days, Condor Golf will make any adjustments at no charge as long as the original fitting information that was provided is accurate and honest. After the 30 day period, any changes or adjustments will be at customers expense. This does not include cosmetic flaws after the clubs have been hit. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. Condor Custom clubs may be returned for partial refund depending on club condition.
2. All Rife Putters, Slotline Putters, Heavy Putters may be exchanged or returned. Item must be in new and unused condition and returned within 14 days after the item was purchased. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.
3. Shoes may be returned for a refund or size exchange within 7 days of receipt with a 10% re-stocking fee. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.
4. All Golf Bags (Sun Mountain, Ogio, RJ Sports) may be returned or exchanged.  Items must be in new and unused condition and returned within 14 days of purchase.  There is a $25 re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.
5. Videos, CD's and DVD's CANNOT be returned after they have been opened.
6. All accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Item must be returned in new and unused condition.  There is a 25% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.
7. Any GPS system may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and unused condition. There is a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges involved.

Warranty

All products are warrantied from defects by their respective manufacturers.

At Condor Golf, all custom clubs are produced with the utmost quality and craftsmanship. For this reason, Condor Golf provides a 1 (one) year warranty on Dynacraft or Acer products that assures products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the purchase date. This warranty is 2 (two) years on Alpha Golf Heads or Wishon Golf Heads and a LIFETIME warranty on SMT Golf Heads. If any defects should arise during this period and they result from normal use, Condor Golf will repair or replace the defective product quickly at no expense to you. Shipping and handling not included. Condor Golf reserves the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent to which the warranty policy shall apply. For example, our warranty does not cover "running over your golf clubs with a golf cart", "close encounters with a tree", "accidents with concrete tee markers", "rusting from immersion in water hazards", or "other acts of God". Please respect your golf club investment!
