With most clubs, you need to position the ball differently in the stance. A 3-hybrid would have the ball closer to the front foot, but as you go to a 5-hybrid or 7-hybrid, the ball position shifts more toward the center of the stance. Not so with the XDS Hybrid Set...the ball position is constant throughout the set. Also the appearance looking down at the club at address is the same no matter what club you're hitting. The only difference is the width from face to back of club. XDS Hybrid hollow body heads provide exceptional forgiveness compared to a conventional iron. The weight in the head causes fewer off-line shots and also allows you to hit high arching shots you have only dreamed of. The railed soles glide across any type of terrain and the leading edge of the head is well forward of the club neck to prevent any chance of "shanking" the ball.
