This is the last of the 919 F/D Drivers in 11° loft. The face height and the overall club head size is between a modern normal size driver (460cc volume and 53mm in face height) and a modern 3-Wood (170cc volume and 33mm face height). The 919 F/D is 260cc volume and 39mm face height.
The head weight allows it to be built to shorter club length...43" to 43.75" plus the smaller head size has more stability and also promotes more ball speed and less spin for more distance. However, it still maintains a maximum COR face similar to a larger 460cc driver head. 919 F/D has an extremely high moment of inertia which results in accurate ball flight.
The contact sound is very solid which will provide more confidence in hitting on those tight driving holes. The Graduated Roll Technology (20" face roll radius) produces the same loft angle all across the entire club face.
