Canadian orders may be subject to a "brokerage" fee by UPS and / or USPS.  This brokerage fee covers the costs of moving shipments through customs at the Canadian border.

Most items are shipped within 4 - 6 business days. When two or more boxes are shipped on the same day, it is possible they will not be delivered on the same day.

2 Day Delivery

Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).  Does not include weekends or holidays.

All shipping is based on weight and destination.

Post Office Priority Mail or UPS

Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.  Not a guaranteed service.  Does not include weekends or holidays.

2 Day Delivery

Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days. Does not include weekends or holidays.

Condor Golf offers international shipping for most products.

International rates are determined by weight and zone. Your exact rate will be calculated in the shopping cart, based on your specific location and the items in your order.

Most international orders are shipped within five business days. Some items that usually ship directly from the manufacturer and are not stocked at Condor Golf must first be shipped to Condor Golf from the vendor. All international orders will ship "complete" once all items are in stock - no partial shipments are allowed for international orders.

International Customers Please Read

When paying with a credit card directly, first time international customers must provide proof of credit card ownership. We do this to protect you from credit card fraud.

We must have the following before an order will be accepted:
A copy of your most recent credit card statement
A copy of a valid identification card (Drivers License, Passport, etc.)
The order must be shipped to the same address as shown on the credit card statement.
If we do not receive the credit card and ID documents before the order is placed, the order will automatically be cancelled.

 

Customs and Duties

All orders from outside the United States must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars and are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Condor Golf has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If a customer refuses shipment due to duties and taxes, they will be liable for any costs incurred by Condor Golf.
